When I lived in Sai Gon in 1966-67, I worked here in the Nha Rong (Dragon Wharf)
building. MSTSO Saigon had offices on most of the first floor and the radio
shack was in about half of the third floor. I recall "strolling on the veranda"
to smoke a cigarette and admire the roof decorations.
In the 90's, Vietnam renovated the building and made it the Ho Chi Minh Museum.
We were able to visit it but the third floor hasn't opened to the public
and I couldn't talk anyone into letting me up there.
