This courtyard-enclosed building didn't have the neighborhood intimacy of the
first home in Cho Lon, but the accomodations themselves were a bit nicer.
This was two people to a room, rather than the barracks-style of the
place in Cho Lon. I think this was really a noncomms' facility; maybe the
Army billeting folks didn't realize that a Navy RMSN was only an E3.
