This recently-built statue was across the street from our hotel in Nam Dinh.
A source of local pride in itself, it's probably also a symbol for
the development and prosperity that are only recently reaching Nam Dinh,
much later than other parts of the country.
( I think I particularly like this one because, compared to other statues
in the country, it's slimmer but still strong, much closer to
my own intrepretation in my trip logo. )
